If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jpartglassmysore@gmail.com and send your item to: JP Enterprises, Hinkal, Ilevala, Hobli Mysore &#8211; 570017.<\/p><p><strong>Exempt Goods<\/strong><\/p><p>The following are exempt from refunds:<\/p><ul><li><p>Gift cards<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Partial refunds are granted<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><p>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
